Won’t stay again

Liked: The food was excellent and service was pretty good - hostess was less than helpful - I didn’t know the voucher process - I felt she was short about it. Quite impressed with the waitress.
Disliked: Pub was closed - we arrived 9:30-ish. Pub next door was closed in spite of lit signs to the contrary. Hot tub was closed. Pop machine was out of order. We sent out for “supplies” - no freezer space for ice. Wiped up spilled water in bathroom - shelf and rails beneath dirty, top of fridge is dirty. Fridge hummed so loud it kept me awake -
