Liked: Breakfast ready at 630 am room clean quiet. Staff friendly and connected
Disliked: Some of the fruit was just ok. There is an opportunity to refresh the drywall and hall carpet in places. Not really noticeable at first glance but mine was a 4 day stay

Horrific! Would not stay but...

Disliked: Room/facility was filthy and run down, felt very unsafe-damaged locks on doors, blood stained mattresses and stained bedding.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel it was around walking distance of all amenities. I liked the continental breakfast that was offered although it could have some muffins added to the menu.Front desk management was very friendly.
Disliked: it was a two story walk up the stairs to get our room and with a family of two elderly, a mother and two younger ones that was abit of a challenge.I was pretty sure when I booked with you I asked for a extra fold out bed to be in room. It wasn't and I was charged another $30.

Disappointing

Disliked: This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Door to the bathroom was hung so incorrectly, we couldn’t close it properly. There was a plastic panel on the wall for plumbing access that kept falling off the wall in the middle of the night…. It was being held in my cheap scotch tape.
