Liked: The hotel was nasty full of bed bugs. Hole in the furniture. After reporting the hotel they continued to steal money from my account. Booking should have never listed them on their site. I will be taking legal actions

Disliked: Everything. To start, when we got to the hotel the clerk was sitting on the couch right in front of the window on his phone and looked annoyed when we showed up. He started the check in process to be assisted by someone else who then told us we didn’t have a reservation all while holding onto my ID. He pointed out that we did. We had to place a $20 cash deposit for the room that we did get back at the end of the stay but were told no matter how many people were in the room we could only have 1 key. Travel down the hall to the room to find molded ceiling tiles right outside our room. They failed to tell us at check in you needed to pull up on the handle to open the door so we thought we had someone else’s room. Upon entering the sauna of a room, we checked for bed bugs and were delighted to not find any. My daughter went to use the bathroom only to come out when she was done and tell me there was no soap to wash her hands. Oh yeah and there was no toilet paper. I went to check and sure enough, nothing. The roll to hold it on was still on the counter. There was one towel in the rack that looked like it was the floor towel you use when you get out of the shower. Not only was this towel covered in mystery stains, but her bed cover and 2 of the 3 sheets and blankets had mystery stains as well. There were questionable noises all night long. Upon leaving in the morning, as we walked out of the room we couldn’t tell if that was weed we were smelling or just the mold/must in the whole place.

Liked: The only decent thing about this property is the location. Not in a bad place.

Liked: Convenient location, easy to access. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was no breakfast at all, only lukewarm coffee, but I also needed to ask for a cup from the staff. There were stains on the mattress, the bathroom towels were worn down, with holes in them. The airco was old and loud. The staff was quite bored and unfriendly.
