Disappointing

Good price I would come...

Liked: Bed was nice and gym was ok some equipment was broke
Disliked: Needed more tp, towels and coffee needed to be fresh. The halls stink carpet and floors is dirty and doors were proped open not safe .

Disliked: Room was very unclean - very dirty floor with large brown stains. Room smelt like wet dog and urine. Toilet and bath had several hairs and stains on toilet. Bath was cracked and discolored. Lamp fabric was shredded, looked like a dog had broken it. Air conditioning unit very dusty. The room was advertised as having a sofa bed - it did not. The room stated it had a river view - it was a view of a pile of dirt and leaves. Asked staff member to change rooms and he was rude and dishonest. Staff member said there were no rooms left, despite online showing multiple rooms still for sale. Asked staff member to note down condition of room so we were not blamed for damage and they said the hotel was aware of the condition of lamp and floor stains were permanent. Stains all over floor were easy to remove with a wet wipe that turned black when I cleaned off stain and smelt like urine. Returned to tell staff member and they admitted the poor condition of the room, but still did not offer to change us to another available room or even offer a rag to help clean the dirty floor which smelt like dog and urine.

We didn't get to stay...

Disliked: Despite advertising as pet-friendly, and accepting our booking, they turned us away because we had 2 cats. Is this even legal?
