Liked: They called while I was boarding the plane, saying that even though I had a reservation thay they had given away my room. They said they had a single which didn't work for my friend and I. So last minute I had to find another place to stay and ended up paying almost double. Very disappointing and very inconvenient.
Disliked: Everything!
