The staff was very polite. Even when I told them that we needed new bedsheets due to the blood on the ones - looked like the bed had not been cleaned.

It is a basic room - nothing stands out. NO extras, it's great if you want a loud A/C unit; no pool.

Friendly staff. Room rate was jacked way up due to the holiday. Room was clean.

Disliked: TV was very small and the tube was going bad. Whole place smelled like stale cigarettes.

Liked: Room space is good. It is spacious and easily accessible.
Disliked: If towels and blankets were kept somewhat hygienic, it would be great. I can see hair in the folded towels. The room's chair is practically shattered, and the electric lines droop floorward.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we were generously provided with extra blankets.
Disliked: The main area of the facility was fine, however the room was in such need of repair and cleanliness that it was gross. The bathroom was grungy, absolutely disgusting, and there was brown stuff growing on the ceiling. The faucets and walls covering were in urgent need of replacement and absolutely horrific. The armchair near the bed was so dusty that we sneezed all night. Although the bedding and the towels were clean (otherwise we would have left) the rest of the room was in desperate need of maintenance and cleanliness. Would not recommend this place untill they did a serious job of cleaning and maintenance.
