Got what I paid for...

Liked: Staff at front desk was very personable and welcoming. Decent location off the highway.
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable and felt like sleeping on a box. The ambiance of the room felt like a prison cell. The parking lot connects to two other hotels and was confusing to find the exit.

Disliked: They charge me twice, and stole my deposit.

Disliked: I was charged $50 because housekeeping said my towels were dirty after the towels had been used. Housekeeping told management it was hair dye. I spoke with management about this, and it was given back to me, but still, it was unnecessary. The stay was still fair.

Disappointed and disgusting will never...

Liked: Staff was rude did not meet my standards at all. After driving 14 hours to visit a family member on hospice this was the most horrible place to stay. It had a horrible smell in the room and I was not pleased at all. Will never stay again.
Disliked: Rude staff and dirty room

Very good

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was smooth. The room was clean. You can tell it's set up for people to stay for awhile, like the road crews that were there, because of the BBQ grills outside of some rooms.
