Liked: breakfast is good.
Disliked: the price of pet increased, not the same as we checked prior arrive. room type was changed without notice due to the pet.

Liked: Hot breakfast, everything was refilled without asking, the staff was super respectful and polite.
Disliked: The room was too hot. Tried to control the temperature with the thermostat but in vain. The fridge was not working either. Everything else was great.

Liked: I enjoyed the morning staff and the warmth and empathy he provided in connection to The nightmare on the night we had to spend locked out of our room without any of our belongings due to the lock malfunction and the manager was only arriving next day. We are not the intended recipient or the best people who have to be without our belongings and we will be looking into refund

Liked: Easy to reach. Parking.
Disliked: Reception staff need training. Only one with good attitude the manager. I had problems with clogged sink. Never was fixed. My card was deactivated and when talking with the Reception guy. Thousands questions and stupid recommendations. Pretending not understanding my French nor my English. Fixing the card only took 30 seconds. Second time manager was there. Quick and easy.
