Bug infested

Liked: Only enjoyable part of visiting this hotel was leaving
Disliked: We arrived at hotel, got to room just got our stuff settled and in room, started seeing bed bugs on floor and further look at bottom of bed sheets and curtains have bed bugs crawling and signs of infestation. Notified front desk she had confirmed and took pictures then had mentioned the owner/manager wanted to speak over phone. His first words was I am not refunding your money and do what ever I want he will not refund. We are having trouble getting a refund with bookings.com as well which is not acceptable $174 to not stay in a hotel is beyond ridiculous we had attached photos.

Refund requested today.

Liked: I enjoyed the morning staff and the warmth and empathy he provided in connection to The nightmare on the night we had to spend locked out of our room without any of our belongings due to the lock malfunction and the manager was only arriving next day. We are not the intended recipient or the best people who have to be without our belongings and we will be looking into refund
Disliked: We were locked out the whole night. As of Jan 24, still have not received a any compensation so legal action is being taken. Both the hotel and booking.com haven't helped us whatsoever in an acceptable settlement.

Liked: breakfast is good.
Disliked: the price of pet increased, not the same as we checked prior arrive. room type was changed without notice due to the pet.

Superb

Liked: Hot breakfast, everything was refilled without asking, the staff was super respectful and polite.
Disliked: The room was too hot. Tried to control the temperature with the thermostat but in vain. The fridge was not working either. Everything else was great.
