Rundown and Dirty

Liked: The front desk staff were kind.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean. My white socks were black after walking on the carpet. Mold in the grout of the jacuzzi, paint peeling in the bathroom, and a lot of buildup of hard water scales in the shower. The baseboards aren't even glued to the corners of the room.Definitely not worth $527 for two nights. $400 would have been a fair price.

Liked: Very good location for our visit to Sandbanks Provincial Park. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average, not many choices.
Disliked: There was some smell in the room.

Liked: This hotel is pet friendly and the staff were extremely kind to us and our dogs , we were here for a dog show. We stayed 3 nights was only supposed to be 2 but we said what the heck let’s stay another and just have a relaxing night . Extremely kind pet friendly place . Hotels that are pet friendly are getting harder to find, but we will definitely be back next year because they were so welcoming.
Disliked: The only thing l would have loved to see was a bit more selection for breakfast . But l find all hotels are doing the same thing very simple boxed type foods. That’s my only complaint just some more fruits and some actual real foods not premade pretend foods
