Liked: My only complaint is the lighting in the roomThey’re on an electric eye so movement makes them (and the bathroom fan) go on and off. Once I figured out if I stayed still the main light would remain off, sleep went well.

Liked: All the outlets were worn out and my phone charger would not stay plugged in

Liked: Nothing was truly the smell the dead bugs .
Disliked: Everything was horrible I want a refund they were saying no it smelled horrible no light that work half .lost power and had no water I understand things happen was not bad weather and regardless u just have to refund take up with power company . I paid to be comfortable the power loss as icing left 5 am . The room was already bad

Liked: in a safe area, lots of cameras so it’s very safe. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: it’s DISGUSTING! the blankets had CIGARETTE HOLES in them, glitter on the floor, bathroom had BLOOD on the seat.. stains on sheets. it was just disgusting.
