Do not stay here!
Disliked: This place was absolutely disgusting, from the rooms to the hallways. We checked in around 7 p.m. and received a room on the main floor. Walking to the room, we realized how filthy the hallways were—there was liquid spilled everywhere, food on the ground, and it seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Then, when we got to the room, we noticed that it smelled horrid. The floor and carpet were dirty, there was mold in the washroom, the closet to hang your coat/clothing was dusty, and the air conditioning unit was filled with garbage, dust, and other filth. If we had turned it on, all that filth would have entered the room.I went to the front desk and asked for another room, as the one they gave us was really dirty. The front desk gave me the key to another room to inspect, and if it was clean enough, we could move. I checked the other room, and it was dirty as well.I told the front desk that we would just stay one night (we were originally supposed to stay for two) and that we would look for somewhere else to stay the next night. Ironically, the cleaning staff was listening in on our conversation and told me there was a hockey team at the hotel the night before, and that's why it was so dirty?! I can understand that, but they had the whole day to clean or at least ensure that some rooms were ready for guests who had booked ahead of time. The cleaning staff "upgraded" us to a king suite that was a little better. Staff also said to call down if we needed anything. We tried calling multiple times, yet no one answered. The next morning, a maintenance guy came into our room unannounced and opened the door with his key card while we were still in bed. He said the front desk hadn’t updated their system, so he thought the room was empty. The towels that were provided smelled absolutely horrid—I started gagging. The towels smelled like vinegar. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the rooms between stays or provide fresh towels.

Good value, friendly and comfortable
Liked: Great location, staff very helpful. There was an older lady working the breakfast area, lovely and helpful. Also Trevor (not sure if he is housekeeping or maintenance), we had a tv issue and he went above and beyond to help out.

Superb
Liked: Comfortable and friendly ,I always read reviews and was really second guessing staying here,I am glad I decided to stay, there is not 1 thing I can say negative about this place. Everything and everyone was great. I got there only to find out the pool was not working but was given a upgrade of rooms I could choose from. Breakfast was good and staff excellent. When you give a bad review, why not talk to the staff first so they can accommodate you, this is not the Ritz hotel so don't go expecting it to be so. Be nice to each other, god knows we need it at this time in the world. Thank you and this is my personal experience.
Disliked: Be nice for restaurant and bar

Great value, location and friendly.
Liked: Great location, nice breakfast, staff friendly.Climbing the stairs to our room was hard on my knee, also getting in the deep soaker tub with no grab bars of any kind. The bathroom was clean but dangerous for me. I would suggest installing some type of grab bar.

Noise
Liked: I have stayed at many travelodge hotels, but this was just awful. There was kids playing ding dong ditch, cursing me out in the hallway when I walked out to ask them to stop. Running screaming down the hall from 3pm till 10-11pm it was just uncomfortable. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk. I was told "kids are kids" and she spoke to them earlier. I'm all for letting kids be kids, but when you can't even hear the TV in your room or lay down in the bed without knocking on your door every 15 minutes it gets pretty annoying. I wish the staff had did more to quiet them down, or speak with the parents.
