Decent stay but not worth...

Liked: The staff was accommodative
Disliked: The cleanliness of the washrooms

Liked: The service and staff are kind and help anyway they can. I been staying here weekly and totally won't go else where!
Disliked: No comment

Good

Liked: Able to check-in very late
Disliked: bathroom should be renovated. It also took forever for the water to run hot. It got the job done though.

Stayed for two nights, found...

Liked: Amazing location. Cozy beds. Great tv channel options. Close to great restaurants.
Disliked: I’m not comfortable around off leash pets. Maybe I was in the lobby at the wrong time. Otherwise all good well rested.

Very misleading

Liked: Nice renovations.
Disliked: Was only told upon check in that there would be no free breakfast. This is part of the reason I booked this location and feel I should have been informed long before when I was actually checking in. Very misleading as when I booked my room, the main perk was that it included free breakfast.

Liked: Lots of renovations going on and the lobby area is absolutely beautiful… The owner is really working hard on the makeover of this hotel
Disliked: After getting back from New Year’s celebration at 1:30 in the morning, we pull back the sheet and the sheet was dirty. The manager at front desk apologize profusely took photos of the sheet. It was obviously not changed huge brown spot on the sheet. He gave us a different room and apologized over and over

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room is a good size. Location is good.
Disliked: There were a few things that could definitely be better... After checking in safe beeped repeatedly and had to be switched to another room (right next door) where the fridge was 1/2 the size as original room (ended up loosing food due to this) asked if there was a way to get a bigger one -like the one in our original room right next door-which could of easily been taken from first room as it was unoccupied our entire stay-as safe was still beeping when we checked out. Toilet in second room wouldn't fill or flush properly. And different things that were better in our original room. Cleanliness could be better... bandaids on the deck of pool for days.. Definitely could use some tlc in quite a few areas. Mens showers in locker room needs to be upgraded and curtain added. Facilities could use some work and upgrades. Arcade- be aware some of the machines eat your money but front desk was willing to do a return for what was lost when asked. Breakfast was ok but could be kept up on better.. things were dry and fruit had mold.Disappointed because I've enjoyed staying in this over many years and have enjoyed my time very much. Time for a change I do believe!
