This hotel should be totally...

Liked: Only one thing I liked, this is view from balcony.
Disliked: The whole room is dirty (kitchen, bathroom, balcony, floor, refrigerator). This is most disgusting hotel I have seen in my life. If you want to stop here, don't forget stuff for cleaning. I will never come back, and I can't recommend this place. This hotel should be totally changed. And I can't sleep well, because neighbor building had high voice music half night.

Disappointing, waste of money

Disliked: Beach was blocked by construction work going on, which should’ve been stating in the description. Floor wasn’t cleaned at all and had sticky spots in areas. Bathroom had water all over the floor and had to dry up with one of the towels there.

Liked: The view
Disliked: The elevator was down. Some of the sodas in the vending machine on the 6th floor expired last year. And the one expired the beginning of the week.

Disliked: It was very dirty sheets were not changed from last people had to claim 7 flights of steps to get to room and had to make my own bed with clean sheets

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: We arrived at 10pm due to traffic to be told they didn’t have a working elevated because it was down for maintenance. I am disable due to have three recent ankle surgeries and am scheduled for another. I expressed concerns about even getting up the flight of steps to the second floor, only to be told they could cancel my reservation. I had no where else to go because it was so late. Managed to get all my stuff to my room and tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The in room info sheet says to dial 0 for the service desk however there was no phone in the room. I tried called from my cell to get no answer. And because the elevator issue I couldn’t go back down and up the stairs to talk to someone. This could have all been prevented by sending an email to patrons to let them know about the elevator so time could be used to find alternatives if needed!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: I feel the price should have been lower due to the construction on the beach. And we were not able to access the beach in either direction of the hotel unless we walked 2 blocks.
