We had a wonderful experience...

Liked: It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was in a great spot, and it had all the amenities you could need while traveling. The staff was also wonderful, ESPECIALLY the housekeeper, who was so sweet and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I could complain about is how outdated the room was as a whole, but it seems to be very well kept despite the aging of the room. The appliances are not old, and work well, however.

Disliked: we booked a room may 9th 2024 for September 25-28 2024 the room was prepaid and arranged by booking. we checked in 5pm on the 25th then at 4am the 26th we get a charge for 350$, we had to cancel and put in a dispute with our bank. for the unauthorized transaction we went to the front desk and they said that booking made a mistake in pricing and the room was more. this was booked 6 months in advanced and we had no contact from the property before or after we arrarrived of someone's mistake. we asked for the receipt we signed when checking in that had all correct info same as booking but they wanted us to sign new papers with the new prices they made up at 4am that morning while we was sleep. this was the worst vaction ever now we have no money and stuck in a room fighting with the hotel over a agreement we made 6 months before arriving here. now it's been 2 days after getting home the hotel charges us for another night forcing us to again cancel our new bank card they made us get in the first place. I would not stay here they are scammers trying to steal money and hide it behind a business.

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

Disliked: You couldn’t shut the door fully in the bathroom and when you forced it shut it would need ripped open the main door to the room would not close all the way (very sketchy) and i had called multiple times weeks in advance and even day before the trip for a early check in we get there and they charge me an extra night bc they can’t find my reservation but found it 3 hours later and made us pay in full

Liked: The third morning we woke up and the bathroom sink had leaked everywhere. They immediately offered us the room next to it but As nice as that was, we had to pack all of our things move them get ready for a festival that we were now going to be late to just to repack our things and come home the next morning. Our socks were filthy black from wearing them in the room on the carpets. I’m sorry I’m supposed to be focusing on the positive. They got us a room quickly for the most part the facilities were clean and the staff was polite.
Disliked: I did not like having to switch rooms 3/4 of our stay through, like I said, this made us late to the event we were in the area for. I did not like that I was asked by four separate people to give them a ride to the store or the liquor store. Apparently a lot of people live there and I guarantee you they don’t pay what I paid for four nights. Obviously, I did not like that my brand new white socks got stained terribly or that if I walked barefoot through the room. I had to wipe my feet off. And I did not like that our second room smelled like cigarettes. I myself am a smoker, but I don’t want my hotel room smelling like stale cigarettes.

Wyndham Hotels Are The Worse!

Liked: Pillows, bathroom mirror.
Disliked: Room smelled of stale smoke, inside doors were filthy, front door didn't seal (gaps), no hangers, sheets were threadbare, mildew on ceiling.Breakfast - had waffles, cereals (no milk), no pastries.
