Great place to stay.

Liked: It was close to the venues we wanted to visit.
Disliked: The carpets were old.

Generally it was a place to stay. Was it worth it? No. Will I book a room with this company again? No.

Liked: Quiet facility.
Disliked: Customer service could have been a lot better. The lady at the front desk was on the phone for 15 minutes before even taking the time to say she'd be right with me. Paying for parking to the hotel lot is barbaric, it should be included with the purchase of the room. I called a cab for a certain time and asked the front desk to let me know when they'd arrive and I had to call after the time had passed to check in and he had forgotten to call the room to let us know. Wifi didn't work. Curtains in the room are transparent.

Liked: The beds and pillows were AWESOME. Customers service was great!
Disliked: Hard to get parking.

Liked: We arrived early and room was ready.

Liked: Staff were really nice and housekeeping was super friendly. We didn't have a problem checking in and we got an extended check out until 1pm free of charge.
Disliked: Place smelled dirty and overall the walls and bedding had black spots on them - we had to ask for new bedding and towels.

Liked: This hotel was great. The service was top notch - the breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints, and we will definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything!!
