Awful check in experience

Liked: Clean and convenient to the border crossing.
Disliked: The man who checked me in was the worst. Except for asking me my name and telling me to sign in, he didn’t say anything. Wrote down my room number and handed me the room card key and then just stared at me. Since you have to check in at a diner, it wasn’t clear where the room was or where we should park. When I asked, he just pointed in the general direction. When I found the room there wasn’t any WiFi information, so I called the front desk. He hung up on me twice before I even finished my question. My husband walked to the diner to get the info. The WiFi doesn’t work so it was a waste of time.
