Liked: Rooms were super clean, the heater worked super good and staff was really nice and attentive, definitely would go back again.

Liked: We enjoyed staying there, this time the floors were covered with dust ,sticky dirty. We usually tell front desk no room service. I spoke to a housekeeper she said she would let someone know. We were gone all evening no one ever came to at least clean the floor. I split water behind end table pulled it forward to clean, it was nasty dirty, dust. Bugs and spiders behind the shower door the floor were also nasty. I hope the next stay will be better..
Disliked: Dusty, light fixtures on table top not working.We haven’t had much bad to say before until now . We have been staying there for many months while we finish our house. Possibly many of our families members plan to stay in Ruidoso.

Disliked: Ran out of breakfast foods. Trash not picked up around rooms. Beer bottles piled up.
