Disliked: Doors were old n weren’t on the hinge right had to pick up door to close all the way beds were hard, bath tub faucet wasn’t put in right so it stopped the pressure for the shower head

Liked: We enjoyed staying there, this time the floors were covered with dust ,sticky dirty. We usually tell front desk no room service. I spoke to a housekeeper she said she would let someone know. We were gone all evening no one ever came to at least clean the floor. I split water behind end table pulled it forward to clean, it was nasty dirty, dust. Bugs and spiders behind the shower door the floor were also nasty. I hope the next stay will be better..
Disliked: Dusty, light fixtures on table top not working.We haven’t had much bad to say before until now . We have been staying there for many months while we finish our house. Possibly many of our families members plan to stay in Ruidoso.
