It needs some improvements, vending...

Liked: Not really breakfast at all , terrible coffee very weak , it seems like always a bunch of shady people hanging around . The heating unit is going out in the dryer , they know but you have to keep putting money in it to get your clothes dried so they are making a lot of money from the dryer ! People leave their wash in the dryer & washer or take your clothes out of the washer or dryer if they want to use it ! Replace the damn dryer and quit ripping people off ,plus you need 2 washer & 2 dryers
Disliked: They claim to have breakfast , but maybe one kind of cereal , terrible coffee very weak , fix the dryer and another washer & dryer 1 isn't enough .stop ripping people off the heating unit is going out in the dryer so you have to keep putting money in it . None of the vending maches or telephones have ever worked .Good coffee not generic stop watering down !!!

Disliked: Multiple lights in my room not working. Needs a good scrub. Woke up and my room door was slightly open despite me putting the latch on before I slept. Asked staff to arrange someone to check the cameras but they never come back to me.
