Rooms looked nothing like photos...

Liked: Worst experience. Room had no sitting area like it said floor was very uneven and coming apart. Toilet paper holder was rusted. Big paint chipping on walls. Extremely noisy with loud and sketchy occupants in other rooms.

Liked: Location to downtown Reno and HWY 80. Television selection was sufficient. Staff allowed me to check-in a few minutes early. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the price was good, but next time I will pay the higher price and stay at Circus Circus.
Disliked: Homeless person sleeping on the ground of the second-floor hallway. People doing drugs in the behind the hotel in the parking lot. No room to park in parking lot, unless you wanted to park next to the drug addicts. Had to park across the street at the parking structure to feel like my vehicle was safe and secure. Room cleanliness was passing, but barely. Not sure it gets a thorough cleaning often.

Liked: The location is great. Very close to Circus Circus. The room was clean and set up well.
Disliked: Shower head was really low. A place to store luggage would have been helpful.

THE WORKERS STEAL

Liked: It was OK until the workers stole from our room. I'm missing over 500 dollars worth of items stolen right out of our hotel room by one of the staff there. It isn't a safe place.
