Liked: There was a front desk employee who seemed to be either drunk or on something. She was condescending and rude. She kept telling me to stop talking when I was giving her my information.
Disliked: The front desk employee and the music late at night.

Liked: It was noisy and we couldn't even watch TV.

Liked: I love everything about my state the first two nights. I had dealt with the nicest of people working for Travelodge. The staff really went on the way to see those comfortable. The reason the stone faces in my survey of my state is due to the 3rd day of my stay. I had paid for my room the third day a couple hours earlier and then check out time would be at 11:00. At 10:30 am I had a middle-aged blonde woman knocking my door and asked me if I was going to pay. I explained yes and I had already with booking.com. in a huff she said well you better get downstairs right now. Instead of going downstairs it was very cold I decided I would call the lobby. When I called the lobby I was not ready for what I was about to deal with! I called down to the lobby and the phone was picked up by a very rude woman. This woman let me know I was to be downstairs within 5 minutes to take care of proper payment. I went downstairs mind you I'm a very nice and professional male... This woman from the second I entered the lobby was rude, demeaning and condescending in her treatment of me. This horrible woman went on to say that my card would not carry the day I just paid for through booking.com. she asked if I had another card and I said no. She then told me that I had 10 minutes to vacate the property. I had paid in full for the day... She was hateful for me the entire time I try to get out there as quick as possible. Mind you I had just paid for the day and the motel had $100 deposit. I was only in town for a couple days to see my grandkids and this put me in a horrible situation. The money I had was used for my motel thank you so carefully chose. When I was put out I had $50 in my pocket which would normally have been perfect for the remaining time I had. Removing me from the room and not give me back my $53 for the room and my $100 deposit put me in a homeless state for hours until one of my grandkids was able to pick me up from Fallon.

Disliked: Showed up and was immediately sketched out, I had to book another hotel after I saw my room, felt very unsafe.
