Place needs upgrades

Disliked: We had old smelly pillows that were lumpy and flat. The room smelled musty and our shower didn’t work when we got up in the morning to get ready. We had to shower in the pool area as there was no staff to come fix our shower.

Great value for the money...

Liked: Convenient location - rate was very good - clean and well maintained - met expectations
Disliked: the weather made it hard to keep on top of the snow, but I do think more shoveling could have been done to help access the car in the snow

Liked: Excellent value for the money. Pool area was lovely particularly the hot tub. Nothing fancy but clean and warm although the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer ideally. Otherwise the whole pool area was clean, warm and welcoming.Room was fairly basic but spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent value for the price.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The fridge in our room was a bit noisy and required shifting it a bit to minimize the rattle but no other complaints.

Disappointing

Liked: Well located, comfortable mattress, clean, and friendly staff.
Disliked: Party in the hallway. We were tired so we fell asleep quickly but it was a disturbed sleep and finally woke up at 2am to an even more boisterous party. Front desk came when called and took care of it but the damage was done to our sleep. The party should not have been allowed to get that far. We won't go back.
