Liked: Location. It was easy to get to. Easy to get out of when needing to go places. Located near stores , places to eat within walking distance.
Disliked: They couldn't find my reservations. I had to contact Booking. Com myself. I get a call the next morning saying they had everything worked out. When I got their, lady wanted to know if I had pre-checked in. I told her no. She ask me for all of my information because they didn't have it all. They had charged me for a Friday and Saturday instead of a Saturday and Sunday...On Booking it stated no prepayment needed..pay at hotel. If you do not show up or cancel you will be charged for the first night. Hot Water didn't get very Hot nor did it stay Hot in shower. Got towels and what was needed from cleaning myself. Got up and found a roach crawling on bathroom floor.( Nope) On morning to check out get message that it was time to check out at 8 AM. Check out time is 11 AM. When I got to office to check out lady in office wasn't friendly. Told me I needed to use their website to book not Booking.
