Pleasant

Liked: The location and it’s clean
Disliked: I’ve stayed here a few times and I’m usually in a room beside noisy people

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and stores. Also like the free parking because my boyfriend and I have 2 cars.
Disliked: The room was pretty clean except the floor had dirts. Maybe they need sweep and spot mop.

Great price, great value!

Liked: Suit our short 3 day stay very well! The staff was very friendly, especially the lady with the braids and long nails. Came with an iron which came in handy.

Superb

Liked: It was a nice walk to the Caltech campus less than 30 minutes). Nice choice of nearby eating establishments (Bay Poke, Flame Broiler).
Disliked: No breakfast was offered or included. Even more important, there was no EV charging available.

Pleasant

Liked: the room was very clean. staff lovely, It is an old motel noted by the noises from the rooms next to it. the central air is old and noisy but wasn't needed too often. the bathrrom would benefit from grab bars and rubber mat in tub.
Disliked: bathroom needs grab bars and bath mat and extra toilet paper roll.
