Liked: I was upgraded to a King Suite and appreciated the extra space.
Disliked: I wish there was a desk and task chair.

Bad communication

Disliked: I reserved a handicap room and when I got there they tell me is was unavailable do to waterheater broker Wish I was told earlier

A reasonably nice value for...

Liked: The check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and ready, and the card key was a little bit finicky but it worked. I also used the jacuzzi, and that was a nice extra at the time.
Disliked: The whole place seems run down. I don't know what it would take, but there should be an overhaul of the entire staircase area, where all the rugs are worn and frayed, and the outside halls were kind of worn out and looking pretty bad. The towels that were designated for the pool area were the size of hand towels -- so small that they barely went across my shoulders. And the cable tv was one of the lesser brands, where there are almost no movie channels, just a lot of foreign language (Spanish, Asian) channels.

Liked: The location is AMAZING!!! Stunning mountain views and nice neighborhood. The staff was generally very friendly. First room was damaged and we asked to change rooms, and without any issues allowed to change to another room. The gardens are extremely well kept and absolutely beautiful in the desert landscape.
Disliked: If you are older or not as mobile, the rooms on the upper floor can only be reached by small rather uneven steps. Getting luggage upstairs (and down again) was a bit of an issue. The facilities are old and a bit run down. Carpets in the room is never a favorite of mine. Although it is non-smoking rooms, some people do smoke and the smell carries.

Only good thing about this...

Liked: Front desk was really nice and welcoming!
Disliked: Our room had roaches, they showed themselves the first night. Everything was outdated and out room smelled. You can’t go more than 5mph because the parking lot is filled with potholes
