Liked: The lady at night was helpful.
Disliked: I paid $20 for a 1pm check in instead of 3pm. I was coming from London. I tried checking in and James told me it would be ready for 2pm. That's not what I paid for. He didn't give me back $10, and I asked if I could wait in the lobby., he said I can go with all my bags to Tim Hortons across the road. Dirty room, phone and TV didn't work and poor customer service. Wont be returning and I hope who reads this doesn't either.

Disliked: The sink in the room was clogged, the room was freezing cold when I checked in and it took time to warp up, water in sink was not drainingI didn't make it a big deal because it was only one night stay
