Liked: Staff was amazing Cam was great at the front desk!!

Never Again!!!!!

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like strong urine. The toilet was running and wouldn't stop when we came in. Floors nasty. The shower was worse. The beds had hair and whatever else on the covers, when we walked in, so it wasn't from us. I checked out the next morning. I didn't stay my full time. The nerve of them to have a $100 cash holding for damages when it's already damaged and nasty. They need to tear it down and rebuild. I did get my $100 back. I should have gotten a full refund,but it was definitely a lesson learned. Don't believe everything you see..

Good time

Liked: It’s a great location, the room was clean.
Disliked: Outside of the building needs to be pressure washed and repainted but it’s a ok location

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. We had a leak from the bathroom toilet, which they fixed. The iron was broken.

Bad

Liked: Absolutely not a place for families...We pulled up and left immediately!!!
Disliked: Not appropriate for families. Did not appear nor feel safe. Boarded up windows...tattered and worn Wyndham sign on the fence. This place looked like it came straight out of a horror film...not even kidding!

Trust me don't bother

Liked: It was close to Universal
Disliked: Absolutely a terrible hotel. We flew in for nieces birthday at Universal and chose this hotel because it has a "3 star" rating the price was under $100/ night and it's really close to uUniversal. What a mistake. Got here an hour before the 3pm check in and they wanted $25 to check in early. They required a $100 deposit for "room damage". The room was "barely" clean smelled like mold, musty air and pee. We just sucked it up and slept the one night only to find out at shower time that the pee smell was because the shower and sewer system was backing up into the shower pan.
