We just needed a hotel...

Liked: The room was cleaner then I thought it would be
Disliked: The clean room

Two years in a row,...

Liked: Location is great and the parking lot is big. There are different choices for a take-away snack breakfast. There's also a coffee maker in the room and 2 packages of coffee with creamer, sugar, etc.
Disliked: We stayed in the same hotel last year and it was very good, that's why we chose it again this year. However, the quality of the room was not the same. As soon as we entered, there was a very strong humidity smell, like the room has not been ventilated for days. The shower floor was cracked and soaked, making the floor kinda squishy and not firm when using it. Some tiles of the room floor were a little swollen. The room itself was clean, sheets and towels perfect. But the humidity was very strong and everything seemed damped.

Disliked: Very small room that didn’t look like the photos shown online. No lock on the door and no hot tub. “Free breakfast” is a bag of instant oatmeal… Very disappointing

Not horrible could be better...

Liked: The room was a nice size and the staff were nice as well and they kept up on spreading your bed and getting you fresh towels.
Disliked: The room wasn't the cleanest, something bit me in the bed on the 3rd night, they said they checked and saw nothing and gave me new covers but I just know something bit me it wasn't a rash or anything I just wish they'd do a better inspection.

Awful and that I won't...

Liked: The location was the only positive because it's 7 mins from Universal.
Disliked: AC in room did not work, housekeeping took towels when we were gone and never brought any back the "shower" towels also are just pool towels that are very rough, rooms smell, lots of homeless activity in the parking lot all day and night including people digging in the dumpster in the parking lot, bottom of toilet leaking flooding the bathroom out, shower tub was cracked and cut foot on the plastic that was sticking up in the bottom of the shower. Also asked for first floor due to being disabled and they would not accommodate that even though booking far in advance. They also do not have cable on the TVs in rooms and only Tubi unless you want to login to netflix etc with your own account (which i do not trust) If you're traveling to this area the Clarion I had a far better experience at and spent the rest of my stay there because this hotel was so bad. No breakfast offered either even though it says it's offered on property. The internet/wifi goes off intermittently throught the day and night. I think they put their hot water heater on a timer because there's no hot water depending on the time of day so all I could take were ice cold showers, not hot water was even coming from sink either. Overall was extremely let down. I would not bring kids or family here.
