Absolutely disgusting bathroom and they...

Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was clogged with other people's hair and stopped draining and there was mold in the shower. After the first night, I told the person at the desk that I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and was requesting a refund. He told me I would have to go through booking.com, despite the fact that I paid on site. This was 4 days ago and despite the cancelation policy, they are refusing to refund even the 3 days that I did not stay there.

Disliked: No rags at all first night. Room was never cleaned until check out time. Room had an odor

Disliked: The place was awful, the bathroom door didn't close well, I found a dead big roach, there was a diaper under the bed which was not ours, street noise was loud you could hear everything. I would never stay here, not even to spend 1 night.
