Liked: This is a great location almost on the sand. The room was spacious with a separate sink area.
Disliked: There were crumbs and hairs in the sheets. Had to call for clean sheets. The tiny bathroom was in really bad shape.

Liked: Love the location and the room we booked was big comfortable and had a perfect view to the ocean. Definitely recommend it and Definitely coming back.
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated and balcony was dirty. A couple of the glass around the building was cracked and needed to be replaced. Other than that staff was nice and welcoming.

Great beach-front view! But I...

Liked: The location is A+, very close to the beach. The front desk staff was also friendly. I was able to leave my backpack with them before and after checkin. They also asked me about my stay. There were also many tv channel options. I also was able to stay during low season, so the amount I paid for the room was something that enabled me tolerate the facility issues.
Disliked: Why I'm scoring it 7 instead of 8.1. The doors leading in and out of the upper floors seem to be broken. One can enter the property without using the key card. There were also a couple more homeless people sleeping around the property. There were 3 that I saw sleeping in front of the property. 2. The water was luke-warm, and I was freezing after my shower.3. The bathtub/ toilet was really small and narrow.4. I don't think there was a lock on the balcony slide door.5. The mattress ( and/or pillow) wasn't comfortable, I woke up with shoulder pain.

Liked: Location, room, cleanliness, outside area
Disliked: The manager at this hotel was incredibly rude and aggressive in his manner to the extent I decided not to stay at the hotel any further. After evacuating from the Los Angeles fires I ought refuge here with my companion animal who was also fleeing the smoke. He dismissed me from the front desk in the morning at 8am to give him more time to "get set up", upon returning he questioned my certified service dog, made his team's error in transactions appear to be my fault, mocked me when I became upset (verbatim quote "if you cry then I have to cry"). The hotel was great. It just made me incredibly sad that a time when people are opening their doors to feed displaced and feeding people who have lost their entire homes, this small person could not be kind to one person trying to be mildly ok.
