Exceptional
Liked: I stayed at Travelodge by Wyndham Nanaimo for two nights and three days, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I especially want to thank the lady at the reception—unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, and I truly regret that—but she was incredibly helpful. She recommended great places to visit and wonderful spots to eat, which really made my trip special. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; I felt right at home. The hotel’s central location was also a big plus—many places were within walking distance. If I ever come back to Nanaimo, I will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Available and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Very dated property. While clean and functional, this place could make use of a make over. The breakfast shouldn’t be called as such, you have the choice of muffins, banana, yogurt or packaged oatmeal. No bread. Nothing savory.

Liked: The staff was really friendly, professional and accommodating.
Disliked: The hotel is very noisy, you can hear your neighbours above and nexr to you. We had to call reception at 3:30 am to stop oir neighbours talking loud.
