Very small room with two 'twin beds', no fridge. It was NOT reflective of what I paid for (120 dollars for 1 night). Underground parking was available for 25 dollars. Customer service was good/prompt. Overall acceptable but I'm NEVER going back there again.
Liked: The customer service was good. Great location near Metropolis, Club Soda and other great clubs and bars.
Disliked: Very small room with 2 bed twin beds (very small). No cold water coming from the bathroom sink faucet (just hot water). No refrigerator.

Great Location. Super Clean. Rude...
Liked: The location is great. It is 5 min walking distance from the lines green and orange of the metro. Close to china town. The lady that cleans is very friendly the room was cleaned on a daily basis.
Disliked: People are the reception are extremely unfriendly and rude. I was charge additional 100cad without reasonable explanation. The guy at the reception told me to call customer service and got rude.

Thanks for a nice visit!
Liked: The location is excellent. Very close to the Palais des Congres, restaurants, etc. The room was quite small but quiet and functional. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast was decent but would like to see a few more options available.

Liked: We picked this place based on its prime location. And that is where the pros end. Mostly it had cons.
Disliked: Boatloads-1) Rooms are very small and the pictures are misleading about the layout of the rooms2) It appears that the staff is all newely hired. They do not know enough about their own policies and keep changing it with every conversation 3) they will try to get more money out of you such as to check in a bit early or to change rooms when shown proof that their listing is misleading4) The evening staff - someone called Raluka was rude, condescending and rolled her eyes at us when we went to her for help and was offended when I spoke up that she cannot raise her voice at us since we are having a respectful conversation.5) We wish we had been rude back to them but working in customer service you realize the position that the person on the other end is in. Reluka is in the wrong profession- she should be a prison warden. Because the room sure did feel like a jail to us. 6) When we asked for a different room the other girl Thai and Raluka aggressively turned their computer screen to show us that there is no room ( they had said there were rooms to accommodate us 30 seconds before changing their sentence) they turned the screen but did not allow enough time for us to actually see it lol 7) When we protested they told us that since we booked with Booking.com they cannot help us asked us to call Booking.com and cancel the reservation at 10;30 in the night instead of providing us with a solution. Booking on the other hand told us that in fact it is in the hotel’s power to help us.
