We stayed after getting stuck...

Liked: Staff was excellent especially Brett at the front desk.. the rooms are clean
Disliked: Went in the pool and when we got back to the room we realized the water was brown

Excellent bang for your buck...

Liked: The stylish room, very updated, clean and comfy beds. We also ate at the attached restaurant and the food was good.
Disliked: The location was a little further than we thought but the price made up for location.

Liked: Staff was accommodating. Brett worked hard for getting us a great discount as compensation for power being out for 3 hrs and an issue with a previous visit where both pool and restaurant were closed due to renovations. The second night was a jacuzzi room and we couldn't have been happier. They recommended food choice, taxi service for nearby concert. Happy friendly people.
Disliked: First room was next to an exit and I couldn't keep curtains open during the power outage as I wanted privacy. The exit had a lot of traffic of people loading and unloading items.

If your stay is all...

Liked: The staff was excellent. The cleaning staff were superb! By far, the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The on site restaurant was absolutely fabulous!! The view and location were both so nice.
Disliked: I will state the obvious - the hotel is quite old and "quirky". Walking down the hallway, you will walk uphill and then downhill, before you reach the end of the hall. The doors don't close correctly - a large opening at the top, as they don't fit.

Everything else was good except...

Disliked: I got there at 4 my room was supposed to be ready wasn’t ready until after 7 and nothing was reimbursed
