Nice people; clean hotel. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. Woke up with back pain.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

I would stay there again.

Liked: Everyone of the staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was nice and housekeeping was in every day to clean. I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Went to second floor to get ice and guests on that floor were a little out of hand.

Liked: Look, it was cheap for Memphis and had easy access to the airport (after a long flight) and the motorway. The beds were comfortable enough.
Disliked: The room was not serviced over the 3 days we were there and had to fight for clean towels each day (having to go back to reception multiple times to retrieve them - god forbid you'd drop them off at the room). It wasn't clean and the towels were threadbare. I normally dismiss issues of noise in a hotel in reviews because that is so dependent on other guests and not something the hotel management can always do anything about. But in this case, the lift itself made such a friggin noise, and beeps all through the night, I just don't know how anyone could sleep. My ear plugs didn't cut the noise and we were a good 7 rooms away from the thing. We wouldn't go back, nor would we recommend.

Disliked: The room was disguising. It was dirty and smelled. There were ashes on the counter in the bathroom.

Disliked: The room was dirty, had a broken bed, holes in the wall, and smelled awful. The lady at the front desk during check-in was rude.

Stay away never going back...

Liked: Internet was good. staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Ok where should I start. The place does not look like the pictures online it very old and needs a remodelling. I arrived and there was AA meeting going on in the lobby ex bar. As a single person was scary as they all were looking at me checking in which was very uncomfortable. I understand the hotel need to make money otherways but maybe having blinds or covering the windows would make people less scared. Room carpet was very dirty with stains. there was blood on the wall and on the light fixtures and curtains was broken. On my last night I did not feel safe at all there was shouting at night and banging and also someone was taken away to hospital or police not sure as heard voices and police radio at 3am in the morning I was out of there at 6am could not stay there anylonger. It was cheap but I have stayed at travelodge before and they have been good but this was not...

Disliked: Very ghetto. Drug dealing in parking lot. Gotta clean that place up. More like a homeless shelter than a motel.
