Exceptional

Terrible. It was so bad...

Liked: Nothing! The only positive thing was that on 11/5/2024, Abhi said he would refund our money because we didn't stay there. My wife & I refused to stay because of the cockroaches.
Disliked: The room had a terrible odor. The floor was slippery because some cleaning agent was coating the floor. The furniture should be brought to the dump. I don't think a consignment store would accept it. The leather on the chair was half off. When I moved the pillow cockroaches ran out. people were walking around the area like they lived there. I believe at least one family lived there because children's toys were stored outside the room.

After going inside the room...

Disliked: There was a stain and cigarette burn on the bed so I was removing the sheet when roaches started falling out of the bed.

Hope the bad smell only...

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: There was a strange and bad smell in the room. I couldn't sleep at all.

A negative 5 star-Not worthy...

Liked: The location was convenient. The refrigerator was cold.
Disliked: Two rooms were rented. In the first room the lamp switch was broken and had no bulb and the clock was broken. The hot water took at least 15 minutes of constant running to get to lukewarm. Management did change the lamp and stated that the lack of hot water is normal and it takes awhile for the water to come to the room. The attitude was that this is normal and the complaint is not reasonable. The clock was not replaced The second room had clumps of dog hair on the floor. Also there was dog hair and human hair in the bed. It was obvious that the sheets were not changed. The heater/air conditioning unit was pulled away from the wall and made a loud rumbling noise. The Desk Clerk who was the manager/owner was told about the condition of both rooms at the same time. He said he would send someone to look at the second room. Owner came to the first room and replaced the lamp. Owner then left the property. We were told he went home. No one came to look at the Heat/AC unit or to change the bed linen. A second inquiry was made about the poor condition of the room to a different desk clerk. We were informed that housekeeping would be there in a half hour. An hour later a another inquiry was made. We were informed that the housekeeper was not on the property and had arrived but they could not find a fitted sheet for the bed. A half hour later housekeeping came to the room to change the sheets. The hot water in the second room was instant.It should be noted that the new desk clerk called the owner who left the property and the owner denied that he was never informed about about the condition of the second room.Beds in both rooms were sagging.

Under the circumstances was grateful...

Liked: Was there because we had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Couldn't go barefoot in the room or your feet would turn black, one of the beds was broken, the room was not very clean overall

Terrible.

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: Musty, damp, dirty, vent off the ceiling in bathroom.

Caution

Liked: the only thing I liked was the staff, super friendly.
Disliked: On description stated Continental breakfast served and in room coffee pot. Neither was was done. in fact I asked for coffee for pot in room and they couldn't find any. Very questionable people in lot staying there I think, ladies of the evening, room across from us I'm sure was dealing drugs, a few people were walking around with big back packs ( heavy). I don't know if staying there or homeless. After long driving trip we were exhausted went to sleep, left next morning early. Will not stay there again.

It was okay but I...

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. Location Pro was it was close to interstate and services.
Disliked: Location Con it was down a hill and felt a bit secluded. A man at the gas station right by it harassed me for money. So I didn’t feel all that comfortable. Due to our housing crisis, there were people living on the property who would let their dog run loose. This is not good especially when you have a dog to walk.
