Loved the stay, hotel just...

Liked: Great location, staff was trying very hard to keep guests happy but very short staffed.
Disliked: Online it said they offer breakfast but upon arrival we were told they stopped doing that. Room was good but chairs were falling apart. Needs updating.

Disliked: When 1rst checked in the room noticed vomit or crap smeared on painting above bed,changed room for us, new room t/v inop. controls on hvac unit broken microwave rusted internally,white crusties on bed skirts

Liked: No breakfast. Last day there they said water in the breakfast room had not come in.
Disliked: No phone in rooms. Not enough towels. Furniture in the room was abused looking.

Horrifying Stay

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING! Thank God it was only 1 night!
Disliked: I am beyond shocked that Wyndham would tie its name to this property. The cleanliness of the property especially the room was non-existent! I am very surprised that the Health Department has not shut it down. The carpets looked like it has not been vacuumed in a very long time. Let alone shampooed or any type of deep clean has ever been done.The curtains in the room were hanging by a thread with a large gap at the top and off the rail. There were plenty of holes in the walls of the room with very dirty stains. The bathroom was dismal with the bathtub having black stains and spots and the walls with very bad stains as well. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom however it did not work at all. We tried to rest the wall outlet as well as the rest on the hairdryer and nothing worked.The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. With every small move, it felt like we were on a ship that was swaying against large waves. I was seasick the whole night!It was advertised that breakfast is included but at the property, there is a sign that state breakfast will no longer be served effective from August 31st. At least there was decent coffee.

Liked: Great location, easy access, great eating places nearby.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk tracked down towels and ice bucket, none of which were in the room.
Disliked: The furniture was in bad shape and dirty. The chairs were stained. The walls were beat up and had holes. The window didn't lock. The carpet was dirty. They no longer serve breakfast even though they advertise it. There were no towels in the room or an ice bucket.
