Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. I had to ask for more towels since there was three of us staying in the room and only one towel. There was no remote control for the t.v., the bedding looked dingy.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property
Disliked: Everything, as soon as we walked in the front door we should have turned around and left but we try not to judge a book by its cover. We checked in went to the room and it was bad there was blood on the top blanket, along with black marks, there was black hairs on the fitted sheet, the was brown skid marks in the sheet, the bed skirt had some kind of dried up body fluids that ran down the side of it, the walls in the sleeping area had all kinds of stuff splashed on them and never cleaned, the bathroom had only a single towel no wash cloth, hand towel or even a towel to place on the floor, the shower was broken, the single towel that was in the bedroom had a bunch of brown marks all over it and when I grabbed it with some toilet paper to take it to the front desk and show them the towel in the middle of the towel there was some kind of small rectangular slim box in the middle of it I’m not sure what it was for but I didn’t even touch it. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a couple of weeks, the dresser drawers wouldn’t even stay closed. When I told the front desk about all of it all she said was gross I’m sorry I can try to get you some clean sheets. ( out of all of the stuff that I told her about the room all she said was gross and clean sheets). I told her that there was no way I was sleeping in that room and that a hazmat crew probably needs to clean it, she asked me what she could do and I told her refund my money and I will find a different hotel, she told me to let booking.com know and have them call the other hotel which was Baymont across the parking lot because the travel lodge was having issues with the phones and they were down but if they called her over there she could get the call since she was running both and she would approve the refund. I called Booking.com right way to get the refund started and I just book a hotel with booking.con about 2 block way and that place was amazing.

Liked: Staff was nice but that was literally about it.
Disliked: It smelt so bad and moldy the second you got on the second floor… there was no towels, no toilet paper, the bed had stains all over along with food and who knows what else all over them, the pillows were straight disgusting, the floor and completely covered in hair and dirty, the tables were not cleaned off, tv wouldn’t even work, and this stay was a complete uncomfortable nightmare

Liked: Room 313 bed is broken could not get comfortable at all Pillow sucked and paid for the free breakfast an didn't have 1 until i read sorry we won't have continual breakfast printed an place on elevator the was a real bummer also ppl working on cars in the parking lot with cars was a total hours of th3 night slamming hood to guy yelling check the wire now an it was so not want I wanted my son around an I would have known how it all was I would have never wasted money I would hav3 spent a night in car on a dirt road but thought it would be nice to get a room an it's just a waste of my money never again
