Liked: appeared clean, heater worked, toilet flushed and after running shower for 3-4 minutes water got hot
Disliked: old out dated microwave, bathroom sink drained slow, staff stated $85 early check in fee for a $65 room. and laundry was not included in room fee, $3 to wash a load of clothes

Disappointing

Liked: Because I paid through booking directly, the hotel couldn't charge me a 4.00 per day sure charge for incidental credit card holding fee. They deactivated my room key twice. The room was paid for just not their 4.00 per day card holding fee which it clearly states on booking that there is no credit card fee.....seriously if ur going to stay here....pay through booking and do not allow them to charge u an undeclared fee of 4.00 per day card holding fee. Suckers will bleed u dry if u let them.

Liked: Price was ok, don't think it should charge 30.00 per pet, 1 fee is enough, especially when pets don't make a mess
Disliked: No light in bathroom, could get staff to replace, no chairs to sit on

Liked: The location was ok
Disliked: No one at the front desk. You had to call to get a human And when you did call they came right out as if they were in the back on there phone. Then, nobody came to my room to make the bed . Last buy not least I went to the human sitting at the front desk doing something on her IPhone if someone could come to remove the trash from my room? The woman looked at me like I had 3 heads. Is taking out the trash from a room in Montana not part of the stay? That’s unacceptable!!!!! I paid for a room to not have to that. Because of that I would never stay at your place again!!!!

Liked: Overall, the facility and the staff are five stars. However, there are a lot of hidden fees that are unbenounced to the consumer. Starting with a 4.00 DAILY SURG CREDIT CARD/DEBT CARD HOLDER FEE, no option to pay in cash, unable to honor BOOKINGS price. I went from 1484.00 to 1700+ for my stay. They try to say taxes .08% was not added into my TOTAL price when infact it was just like at other locations I have stayed at in the past. If you can handle being squeezed for every penny, be my guest and stay here. I will also be posting my review on yulp.
