Better then expected!

Liked: Nice sized rooms, clean, quiet with a great pool/hot tub.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Wish they had a continental breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Liked: This is the third time my family and I have stayed here. The first two times were wonderful. This time was NOT good at all! There are new owners, who obviously only care about the money!!!!
Disliked: The first night we checked in our air conditioner unit was not working! We went to the office to ask somebody to help us and there was nobody there!! There was a sign on the door to call in which we did and got HUNG UP ON. Finally after about 20 minutes, the women showed up and put a fan in the 90° room, as if It would've done something. Then the son ( the only one with some decency ) argued with the women that we couldn't stay in that room because of how hot it was. After they argued in front of us, they agreed to put us in a different room. After we got settled into the room, we decided to go to the hot tub/pool area. The pool was freezing cold and so was the hot tub!!! Not even worth the extra money we paid to have a pool/hot tub during our stay!! After that my kids decided to go into the Jacuzzi, which looked clean until they turned the jets on!! Black chunks of God knows what came out of the jets!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! While falling asleep in rock hard beds, that literally folded up when you laid in, the fire alarm started beeping every few minutes. When we tried to address the situation in the morning, they told us that they weren't dying and that the fire alarms would be talking if it needed new batteries. During this whole discussion my husband was smoking a cigarette OUTSIDE of the building. At least 10 feet away from the entrance, when she expressed how bad the cigarette smell was by pretending to gag and put her hand over her mouth while trying to talk to me and my kids. The woman was so rude and completely made us feel like we were not welcome. We dealt with a fire alarm beeping through the night AGAIN because she acted like a child instead of trying to help her clients. The service now compared to before is unbelievable. They didn't even supply us with extra toiletries.

Liked: Was nice and clean! Comfortable beds. Huge room. Staff were very nice! Was very peaceful. Pool was nice! Would definitely stay again in the near future!
Disliked: No issues
