Jacuzzi/hot tub didn’t work but...

Liked: Got this room specifically for the jacuzzi/hot tub, got to the room and was told i couldn’t use it or it would leak to the downstairs room and I’d get charged for it. It would’ve been nice to know that in advance. Other than that, its a comfortable and clean room thats affordable.

Not a good experience but...

Liked: The place was clean despite how it looked from the outside and the lady at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: Was not informed ahead of time that the in room hot tub was not usable. When we got there after we checked in the lady in the front told us the bathroom with the hot tub (the entire reason we booked the room) was not usable. Very disappointing.

Liked: Convenient location. Friendly staff. Lots of plug in options in the room.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't really like was the AC made an awful and loud noise when turning on.

Disliked: We couldn’t sleep well due to the room upstairs running around very late & during almost all night
