Worst experience ever

Liked: I didn't receive help at the front desk and had to book a different hotel and was still charged
Disliked: The entire experience was horrible, I was not able to check in because of no service. I want my money back

Crappy!!!

Liked: Nothing. Wyndom should be ashamed to have this under their umbrella.
Disliked: Unsanitary practices with ice! Rude and breakfast was walmart generic muffins. And housekeeping started knocking at 9am, 2 hours before checkout. And knocked every 30 minutes until we checked out. All while do not disturb sign was hung on the outside of our door. Described as newly renovated sink sprayed everywhere . Toilet would not flush completely and handle was broken. TV turn on and off by it's self and kept loosing signal. They came and wiggled wires. Still had issues after that.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and there were 4 pillows on each bed. The room was very clean and the area was quiet and peaceful.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: The desk attendant was pleasant.
Disliked: The entire stay was unsatisfactory. We arrived after 8 pm on a rainy evening. Had to wait 3-4 minutes for the desk attendant to come to the desk. The ice machine was broken. The bathroom faucet leaked. There was a big chip in the sink. There were nail and screw holes in the wall. The toilet kept running so we had to fill the tank using the plastic wastebasket filled with water to get it to stop. The bathroom door was ajar and there were scrapes in the floor from difficulty opening and closing it. The vinyl baseboard beneath the tub was loose with a 7-8 inch gap. The caulking at the base of the toilet was stained. The heat lamp in the ceiling of the bathroom is circa 1980s, on a timer switch, and very bright. We could hear the traffic on the street and the occupants next door moving about. The wall AC had dusty filters and made a loud humming so we turned it off. We were exhausted from driving 10 hours and did not go to the office because there was nothing the attendant could do. None of the room issues were her fault. Needless to say, we did not sleep well and so we packed up at 4:45 am and got on the road. Room 115 needs to be renovated and repaired.
