Liked: Clean friendly comfortable and easy access the lady in office was very nice and offered me free water that was much appreciated I arrived just before midnight and wasn’t sure what kind of reception I’d get but it was a 10/10!!!
Disliked: Very noisy people above me I was in 103. They came in very loudly at 1:22am I gave them time to quiet but at 2:15 I banged on the ceiling and they banged on floor!!!! They never quieted down till 4:30ish at one point I tried calling manager but phone was dead. I banged on ceiling abut 3:15 but to no avail. I didn’t help that the ceiling/floor was very squeaky

Liked: They upgraded my room to a king size room for free because the young man at the front desk wasn't familiar with the operating system on the computer at the front desk.
Disliked: I liked that. They were knowledgeable about the nearby restaurants in the area and what have you.
