Liked: The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room was really warm even when we turned down the thermometer.

Liked: The staff was great. We had a balcony, which was not expected. Very close to the fairgrounds, which is where we were going. Initially thought it might be a "shady motel" quite the opposite from what we saw. Older so don't expect an updated motel, but for the price and the staff we will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner but wasn't gross.

Disliked: Lots of construction workers.No breakfast and very tight limited parking

Liked: The location was pretty good and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was very run down, the carpet in the room had a huge buckle across the main room, it smelt very damp and like mildew, and the bathrooms shower was more or less falling off the wall, all the seals around the shower had let go, and the lino around the toilet has water damage and let go from the floor. The price was not good for the condition of the hotel.
