Disliked: The property was very run down there were no safety locks on my door the walls were damaged bathroom door was falling apart. Dirty carpets the ceiling have severe water damage.the garage outside was never taken out very dirty place.the mattress was absolutely disgusting. The coffee pot was so bad I went and bought my own.

Liked: The room was nice for the price! And the customer service!
Disliked: The rooms air conditioner did not work, there was an option for heat on for the floor boards but didn’t heat the room that great for the winter. If the AC unit worked we could have gotten a bit warmer! Only complaint but wasn’t a huge deal!

Liked: The staff was great. We had a balcony, which was not expected. Very close to the fairgrounds, which is where we were going. Initially thought it might be a "shady motel" quite the opposite from what we saw. Older so don't expect an updated motel, but for the price and the staff we will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner but wasn't gross.

Liked: The location was pretty good and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was very run down, the carpet in the room had a huge buckle across the main room, it smelt very damp and like mildew, and the bathrooms shower was more or less falling off the wall, all the seals around the shower had let go, and the lino around the toilet has water damage and let go from the floor. The price was not good for the condition of the hotel.
