The pool and hot tub...

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: The place was disgusting. Our room was not cleaned properly. Pubes imbedded in the towels and comforter. Trash on the floors. The rooms had not been swept or mopped. Dirty sock left on a shelf. The shower curtain looked gross like it doesn’t get washed. The toilet was dirty. A man was at the front desk complaining about bed bugs and wanted a refund. You could hear everything in the next room or the kids screaming at the pool.

Liked: The hotel seemed to be grossly understaffed. I think there was only one person working at night. I asked for a pillow and never received it. The room itself had stuff on the walls and the floor in the bathroom was not clean. I’m glad all we needed was a bed to sleep in. We were up early the next morning and out of there as soon as possible. The pool looked cloudy in the hot tub looked like it had a leak.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty. Not enough towels or pillows. Trash on the grounds and in the hallways. Smelled like Marijuana and cigarette smoke. Very loud. Could not sleep since people were screaming in the hallways and in the pool area. There was a loud fight between a couple in the hallway at 3 am. There was activity in the parking lot that did not feel safe. Overall horrible night. Did not feel safe here and would never return.

Couples weekend away

Liked: This hotel is just comfortable, and accommodating. The younger lady at the front desk is so sweet and soft spoken. We extended our stay an extra 3rd day. And one of the lights in the bathroom give out warm heat.
Disliked: The breakfast. Not great at all toast,cereal and drinks. Could be a lot better.
