We had ants in our room. When we told employees they didn’t offer to do anything. We ended up asking for a broom and raid to take care of it ourselves. I would have spent more money for a better place if I had known that but not being familiar with the area I went with closest place to venue.

Liked: Most workers were nice.
Disliked: Toilet clogged and we had ants in our room.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. underground parking and elevator were very nice.
Disliked: The room is old and very cool. The traffic was very noisy. It appeared there was a homeless person in the underground parade.
