Disliked: The first room we were put in had a huge urine stain in the bed. In the second room the shower had gum in the corner that wasn't seen until we showered. Went to open up the towel after the shower to dry off and it was loaded in someone else's hair. Was disgusting, put in a complaint and literally was offered no discount. Just ohh I will let the house keepers know.
