Disliked: I did not like how dirty the room was, I killed a roach in my room, the blanket had holes in it and there was no fitted sheet under the sheet hair was everywhere… The place was disgusting I would not stay there for free!

Liked: The room was not clean. The floor was not clean at all, the tub was dirty and The mini fridge had hairs in between the ice on the freezer. There was a black chair inside the room all dirty and broken. The ladies that clean the room only picked up the dirty towels but they didn’t take out the trash or anything else. The bed and pillows were comfortable tho.

Liked: Clean. Decent place to stay for the night. Reasonable distance to Anehiem.
Disliked: Room states 2 queen beds but they were full sized beds. I know for a fact I left something in my room and when I called to inquire about it the older male manager that answered the phone was extremely rude. Before I could even finish saying what I left he cut me and and said “no one left anything in the room.” When I tried to ask if he could please ask the housekeeping staff he again cut me off and yelled “I said nothing was left in the room!” What I left wasn’t important but to speak to a customer that way and not even ask any other staff if they found anything is it extremely rude.
