Horrible and very unprofessional

Liked: There wasn't much to say. I seen cockroaches in my room. I had to walk to the office to get towels as I was told housekeeping doesn't pick them up??????
Disliked: The staff was rude, I was told if I didn't take it towels to the office I would be charged. The sign ok the building says 59.99 yet before tax it was 74:dollars. I also had to call the office at 4;am so I could try and get some sleep!!!! Never again!!
