Liked: Location was good- bus station and the free trolley station is in front of the hotel. Walkable to an IHOP and a fantastic Mexican restaurant. Views from the balcony are amazing. Enjoyed coffee watching the sunrise and we even saw dolphins in the river from the balcony. Loved the pool area! Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Disliked: Upon check in I felt the girl at front desk was rude, I told her o already did pre check in online she kept telling me not with us you did it with booking.com which o didn’t I did it with Wyndham through the text they sent to do check in, had to do it all over again at the desk while she gave me attitude, said I was in smoking room when I said I never chose that, she huffed and puffed acting inconvenienced Hotel has a lot of transient looking people hanging around didn’t feel safe, looks like a lot of people live at the hotel got their doors open cooking food hanging outside the rooms all the time Rooms were that of a $60 a night hotel not $130 wish I hadn’t paid for two night because I would have left and found something else.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Disliked: Black mold on ceiling, broken and noisy bed frame, construction noise at 7am on a weekend. Absolutely the WORST nights sleep ever. Paid extra for a late check-out of 1pm and was disturbed by house keeping numerous times, even with a do not disturb sign on the door!
