Disliked: Hotel was horrible. Smell bed, like mold in all room. Requested to change the room, but all rooms were the same.they charged also 20 dollar fee from my pet. And in booking.com says is has no pet fee.

Disliked: Floors were soft, tub was black from dirt, bugs, or dirt all over the sheets, floors were dirty. We couldn't bathe because the tub was gross.

Disliked: I checked in at 4 PM inspected the room. The tub was dirty. The heat didn’t work went to the front desk to complain about the heat. They moved me to another room and told me to give it some time the room should heat up, but I couldn’t get no refund. It was take it or leave it. I left at 6:30 PM to go visit some family got back at 12 AM. The room was still cold by the way this was the second room I goes up to the front desk and say hey this room heat still not working. The Night Shift worker switched me to a different room which is now my third room the heat work, but the toilet was messed up.
