Disliked: Everything quite satisfactory, only negative observation was that the pillows were a bit too firm. Everything was fine otherwise

Cockroaches

Disliked: The cockroaches would be the 1st thing we hated to see in our room. There were huge ones down to tiny ones. Unfortunately we didn't see them until 2am when I turned the bathroom light on ... then I inspected the rest of the room and there were quiet a few running for the dark places. Left the dead ones on the bathroom counter for the housekeepers. Told the front desk about it. He handed me the managers card and said call him. Haven't had time yet due to our medical appts all day.

Disliked: Human feces left on the toilet seat, something left spilt on the bed frame and carpet, stuff splashed on the walls, moldy outlets. poorly run hotel.
