Disliked: A good description of this room would be "bleak, spartan, conservation corps dormitory." Plain and downright depressing. The property is located in a dark industrial area.

Disliked: Tiny TV, had missing light covers, blanket is really thin. Pipes in the ceiling of bathroom. Poor water pressure in the shower

I’ve spent thousands of dollars...

Liked: The front desk staff Maria treated me horrible then took my money and made new keys after saying she’s worked there 3 years and NEVER ASKED FOR MY ID and I had my son in the room with me. Never met her nor vice versa. Could have been anyone. She needs a customer service training bootcamp! Horrible attitude to have in the hospitality business and the first face to see in the morning
