Horrible stay will not choose...

Disliked: I have stayed at this hotel plenty of time only had one issue as we were getting our stuff ready, my son said to me, he was electrocuted as he was looking out the window as I went over and looked. There was two prongs look like it was broken off of a charger sticking out of the outlet when I went to go check out, I told the front staff about it and told them I just wanted to removed from room 422 so no one else got hurt like my son dead that was about six months ago. I booked a room again from Friday night to Sunday. I so happen to be in room 422 again I looked at the outlet immediately the prongs were still in there my bathroom door when you would shut it got stuck, and you would get stuck in the bathroom the sink when you go to wash your hands was filling up and not draining by the time you got done washing your hands. The refrigerator that was in the room did not work so then my food was spoiled the microwave did not work. The shower would not get even warm nor hot. It was ice cold so I called and asked to be switched to another room first they told me no so then I asked for a full refund they told me no then I proceeded to argue with him. They told me that they would give me a refund, but it would take five days. I explained to them that I had no more money to go purchase another room to stay on my card because they took the money for the rooms 220 something dollars for the two nights just reasonable for the price but again I paid for the deluxe room so having all of them problems in the room and having two children with me did not work that’s why I asked to go to another room eventually they gave me another room about 5 o’clock the next evening which was a total inconsiderate being that I booked the room to stay here for the two days and I had to leave the one room by 11 but couldn’t get the next room until almost 5 I will not choose to come here again and pick another local hotel if they’re staying here probably 20 times in the last couple years

Do not use this 'hotel'

Liked: Nothing. Genuinely nothing.
Disliked: Everything. Staff were aggressive and leave the place unattended for periods of time and deem it acceptable to use a post it note to say 'back in 15minutes' when customers are trying to check in beyond midnight. The mattress could be folded in three - horrendously uncomfortable. There was dirt and crumbs all over the floor, stains on the bed sheets and mould on the ceilings and walls. After 2 hours in the property, I decided that was enough and checked out and moved on to another hotel. On doing so, I told the receptionist that I was checking out and informed him that they should not be able to charge for the rooms in that state. He shouted back aggressively saying that I was disrespectful and screamed for me to 'get out', which I gladly did. By far the worst place I have ever seen as a hotel - should be shut down immediately.
