Liked: Beds are absolutely horrible place is disgustingly dirty their breakfast area is literally a closet I went outside Sunday morning at 7:00 and at 7:20 I've got an email telling me I had been checked out in all of my remaining things have been taken out of my room one of which was a $2,400 set of partial dentures that were thrown in the trash and broken and told that was not their problem even though check out is at 10:00 and they were told we were not checking out so now I have to see them in small claims court the guy behind the counter beyond rude and very disrespectful

Disliked: Room smells from cat urine. The management did not care.

Disliked: Dirty stairway all 4 days. Second day smokey room when we returned and found a cigar in the room. Room was not cleaned or beds made or wet towels removed etc. that day. So didn’t ever have room cleaned.
