no heat in room

Liked: location
Disliked: zero heat in room 237..complaint filled and they said they would send someone to look and nobody came.. took blankets from second bed just to not freeze… mentioned it again to the front desk in the morning and they said “sorry”

Liked: Room was neat and clean. The TV worked fine. There is a coffee room in the lobby where I can help myself to a hot beverage anytime I want. The card key to my room must have a chip in it to gain entry to the property using the other entrances. The shower was fine, easy to use.
Disliked: When I stayed at the property five years ago, I enjoyed a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs and ham, so when I booked a stay at this property that was one of the things I was looking forward to. So, I was disappointed when I went to the dining room the next morning and learned that there was only a continental breakfast available.
