Friendly staff; nice, clean rooms; late check out. Overall we enjoyed the hotel experience. Would stay again.

Liked: Absolutely Nothing the whole hotel and experience was terrible. Nothing good to say at all of this hotel.
Disliked: The staff at check in and check out very rude rooms were terrible and dirty the whole place is horrible stay away.

Disliked: Room smelled like wet dog (I got a pet friendly room for my cat)

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke (on a non-smoking floor and we are non-smokers) and the sink drained very slowly.After filling out the online check-in "to save time at the hotel," I had to fill out all of the same information when we got there. I won't do online check-in again. Why bother?On check-out, there was some confusion when I asked for a receipt. They said I had paid online when I booked, yet the confirmation email I have says specifically that I will pay at the hotel. I guess I'll see whether it's on my credit card or not.

Disliked: The beds are old and dying. They need to be replaced.

Economical, quiet, clean.

Liked: For the price point it is a great litter place and quiet at night (we were on the 2nd floor) so we slept well. It has a continental breakfast included, that was simple but provided enough choices.
Disliked: The coffee was weak at breakfast, but that’s not a dealbreaker.

The staff was very nice.

Liked: The manager was really nice and let me out of the booking. The reception staff were so nice!
Disliked: It was scary, and the photographer they used to make it look nice deserves a raise. There was no pool even though the website said there was.

Disliked: Building in disrepair, hard uncomfortable bed & pillows. Large bug in shower, only 1 bar of soap. Hairs on "fresh" towels. Being asked for cigarettes from stranger in lobby.
